oh Terry you have no idea how crazy people thought i was today ! i was talking along with them at the fair and they was asking me about my cockatoo "Loki" and i was calling him "she" and sophie and everything else LOL but i introduced him as a boy and as Loki LOl I got some strange looks like i stole him.
But he had a wonderful time, and the strange thing is i learned that I HAVE to keep a leash on Loki at all Bird shows, stores, walks anything cause if anyone walks up and says ohhh your bird is sooo cute, in his mind that is Ohh you want to hold me " ok " and just steps up and walks on to people without notice. i was like im so sorry did you want to hold him LOL he is really friendly and loves everyone. Only trouble is this little girl and her mom came up to me and she was screaming i want to hold him and her mom said ok well she just stuck her arm out and Loki just climbed right on to play with her, and she got scared and pulled her arm back so Loki flu to the floor. Which i didnt like him on the floor so i picked him right up. The little girl wanted to try and again but i said No No i will hold him you can pet him.
Then we came to where they was selling blue and gold Macaws and i sooooooo wanted them alll !!!!! but i would be KILLED so i could just look. and Loki sat there like MOM NO ! but this one little one was tring soooo hard to get to Loki he wanted to play, but i had Loki on the scroller and kept him away.
It was a good day tho and we are looking forward to our outing to nashville !
