I have the chance to adopt a under one female Indian ringneck or a male under a year Mexican green conure? Can you all help me decide?

I have many many years of experience with birds from macaws to Conures? But these 2 species I haven't had the the chance to work with or adopt. Please help me make up my mind

Me I'd go conure. I like ring necks and they do have speaking ability and are cute, just a personal preference.

What color is the ring neck?

I’d go with the conure also.
From what I understand they are more cuddly and hands on than a ring neck.
But I have never had either.
