hard to tell from those photos. The pearl appears to be a hen, the pied appears to be a male. How old are they? A spread wing photo would help. Does one of them whistle ? that would be a male.

I agree with what henpecked mentioned. Pieds are hard to tell just by looking at photo's. The best way to determine the gender of your tiels is through a DNA test. You do have some beautiful tiels.

Yeah, still kinda young. I'm no expert , and i've been known to be wrong many times (just ask my wife), I'd feather DNA if it was really important. If not, give it a couple of months and you shouldbe able to tell better.

I'm kinda confused by your questions but are these babies you've raised or bought? If bought, remove the nest box please! Nest box should never be offered until they're past a year old. The males have the vocal ability to sing pretty songs that females don't plus they would do the heart shaped dance with their wings.

Remove the nest box unless your wanting to breed and have the experience to raise chicks. Plus your breeding pairs are in good shape. Provide all the essentials they need like mineral blocks, cuttle bones, etc. Then put the nest on.
