That’s right, I like my coffee (hot coffee) in the morning.
Cold coffee doesn’t do anything for me.

I didn’t care much for it until I went to Colombia in 79/80 and found out what good coffee was supposed to taste like, remember this was before Starbucks.

But so often I would grab my cup of coffee for a sip and get a mouthful of Luke warm yuck.

So I finally bought one of those coffee mugs that keeps it hot with a rechargeable battery. The one I ordered is called a ā€œNextmugā€

It’s soooo nice to drink your coffee and have it the same hot temperature from the first sip to the last instead slowly decreasing temperature and enjoyment..

I’ve tryed the vacuum mugs but they are a hassle at best (cuz you need to put very hot water in first before coffee for best results) and they loose heat too only more slowly.

So if you’re like me thinking about getting one but just don’t want to spend the money.
I think it’s worth it.

Strangely, I like lukewarm or not-so-hot coffee. I feel like I can taste it better. I often make hot coffee and add two or three ice cubes.

I've had a mix of experiences at Starbucks locations over the years. Some employees are very friendly and welcoming. Others act like they do you a huge favor by allowing you to be there. šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø

Just told some young'uns last night 'Nobody drinks alcohol for the taste'. Ditto coffee - gimme the caffeine! Hot, cold, warm - just give me the damn caffeine already! Whys it taking so long??

I either go black coffee or latte, no in between. I have nice latte machine at home that fresh grinds the espresso beans before every cup. I LOVE it! I drink 4 espressos a day on average :D

I'm one of the few it seems that hates the taste of coffer unless it's loaded with chocolate syrup and milk. Oh well. I guess I'm just odd. Everyone else loves it. But I do love the smell. . .

It’s funny that it’s the complete opposite for me.
Caffeine has little to no effect on me.
I can have a cup of coffee and go back to sleep 1/2 hours later.
It is useful when I have a migraine.
And if I skip having a cup I don’t usually have to worry about a rebound headache.

Never been to a Starbucks in my life however

I have to disagree a little on alcohol
Coffee as long as it isn't burnt, I agree absolutely.

I quite like coffee, but my nervous system doesn’t. šŸ˜† Tea person, here. I love my green tea & matcha every day!

I love the smell of fresh hot coffee. Especially when some of the more exotic blends are used. I can't stand the stuff! Teas of different types are for me. If I want caffeine there's the old stand by of diet DR Pepper! I don't drink much caffeine except when migraines especially those caused by weather changes. I've tried drinking the stuff. I only love the aroma.

LMAO... I'm the jerry springer of coffee drinkers, too! I don't care if it's hot, cold, got a sludge on the top... it got caffeine? Good!

ME TOO! But my caffeine go to is Monster Rehab Tea+Lemonade. Its sugar free non carbonated and has all sorts of B Vitamins al9ng with the caffeine. I'm not saying it's that good for you bit it's better than soda and I prefer not to drink tons of sugar. I've spent too much on dental work to do that and would rather eat my calories than drink them. I'm trying to keep my "girlish figure" into old age!

My BOSS is the same way. Loves the smell but can't stand to drink it. And she comes from a family of coffee fanatics.

Here is a confession: I don't like chili. People always seem appalled by this. I like most of the ingredients that people put in chili, but I don't want those things to be combined and called chili.

Maybe it's the meat? I nibble at or avoid chili, spaghetti, casseroles and similar dishes Make them veggie and meat free and I inhale them.

I love chocolate. I love peanut butter. I don't really like them together very much. Reeses are the worst because they aren't even good peanut butter- all grainy not creamy. I know this makes me weird.

I love hamburgers. I love cheese. But I like my burgers without cheese, probably because they usually use American cheese which isn't really cheese- it's "processed American cheese food"- whatever the heck THAT is! Why would anyone want that on a really great hamburger?

I don't like chili with no beans and no tomatoes and too much chili powder. For me it has to have beans, fresh tomatoes, onions, ground beef or pork mixture and not too spicy! Chili, I find, is very personal.
