I need help

My ring neck hasn’t been active like he is normally he’s always puffed up and has red eyes what can I do

Because he's puffed up, I'd get him in to see an avian vet as soon as he can be seen.

I enlarged your pictures but I still couldn't make out any red in their eyes. Is the red around their eyes or in them? With this additional symptom I think that seeing an avian vet for testing is really important.

We know you love your bird like we all love ours and there's no time to waste when a bird looks sick like this. Don't second guess yourself- you know when your bird isn't himself! He's trying to tell you he's sick.
