Scott, I know it sounds crazy, but I just handed the hat to Poppy, she put it on herself. She loves hats, she'll walk carefully so they don't fall off. I usually cut the straps off before I give them to her. She was a little uncomfortable, I had to take the hat back to get rid of the unnecessary strap, nothing I could do about the size.

April, I discovered Poppy's love for fashionable hats by accident. I bought a sweater for my four pound yorkie, it came with a hat. I knew my yorkie wouldn't wear a hat so I tossed it on a table near Poppy, she's fascinated by textures, she was playing with the hat and I put it on her head and told her she was beautiful. She took it from there and learned to put on a hat with no help. She'll wear them until she loses interest. I can't resist getting her a new one when I find a small one.
