I was somewhat discouraged when we first brought Mango home last Saturday because I was expecting super bird. Well, my bites are healing and we're making progress!

Mango came out of her cage twice today on her own to get to the treats I was holding! It wasn't to my hand, but one of those perch/stand thingies but I was still proud!

Mango is such a pretty birdy! The name suits her.
I am certainly no expert, but we inherited our conure just over a month ago, and it was a good two weeks before she became trusting of us...and it is still a work in progress.
I will bet that as long as you keep working with her and being consistent and positive with her, she will be warming up to you in no time.
That beautiful color makes me want to get another one, but hubby says no way, at least not right now.
