Can someone please guess the age and gender of the parrot?

I think its age is 1 year and its a male parrot.

He has some problems in its legs and uses his beak to walk around, could it be that it's age related his legs aren't much developed maybe?

It might not be because of his age. There must be some superficial damage to his leg. It might get solved in some months.

It is either a male under two years of age or a female.

A bird that can fly can already walk well, the problem is not age.

She is most likely injured severely.
