Indian Ring neck taming

Its a month I bought Indian ring neck...
They are still scarred of me.
How should I proceed to tame them?

Pls. advise.

Every bird is different. 1 may take as little as an hrs to come round and.be tame, others can take years. A month is not all that long really, you just need patients and.perseverance . If ere hint/ her treats thru the cage, sit beside the cage and sing talk quietly. You need to show tour feathered friend s/he can trust you.
