Hey, everyone, I just joined your forum. I am a proud owner of a WB Caique and a Mexican Red Headed Amazon...my Caique's name is Katya and I still haven't named my Amazon. Im waiting to find out the sex of it this week.

He's very healthy and very, very friendly. He's also very quiet right now and only speaks a little bit. Will he (she) become more vocal? It's only about six months old. Any advice?

Hi and welcome to the forum, I'm afraid only time will tell when it comes to how well your fid (fid=feathered kid) will talk, the more you interact and talk to him/her the better chance you'll have that they will be a good if not great talker, good luck and enjoy your stay
