Introducing new fid soon and want experts advice

I have an opportunity to get a crimson bellied conure (what I've wanted as a second fid at home) in December as a newly weaned baby. I want to be successful in introducing the new one to my cinnamon gcc. I've always had two birds and since my gcc is still young (1 yr) its a good time to add a second bird.

I have never failed before at introducing my birds but I've never introduced two conures so expert advice needed! Thanks!

As long as both birds are even tempered, introduce your new crimson belly to your green cheek, much like you introduce adolescent children to senior citizens, then you'll want to always show attention & recognition to your green cheek first.....
