That does appear to be regurgitation. He looks pretty proud of himself too. Shame they can't express love with something a little nicer than vomit!

yeah, I think he looks happy :) wish birds could give kisses haha

Birds can give kisses (see my profile photo). Kiwi gives kisses all the time! Sometimes he even gives "french kisses" where he licks your lip with his little worm-like tounge and you don't want to pull away as not to frighten him and get a new lip piercing:52:

In time, I'm sure your Kiwi will also start giving kisses:D

I just kissed his beak!! hopefully he will learn to kiss me too :)
