I have a cage which I bought for budgies but now I want a pair of green cheek conures instead. Will this cage suffice or should I get another cage? Can you please tell me what cage size should be ok for a breeding pair of GCCs? And also will my mentioned cage be ok for two pairs of lovebirds?

No- Not in my opinion.
Have you bred before? It can get SO expensive and complicated (not to mention, potentially violent) and not to mention the need for babies to have their own cages in order to prevent inbreeding or breeding with parents etc....Not easy...very intense and expensive...You need brooders, formula, all sorts of cages....I SERIOUSLY would advise you against this unless you have extremely reputable experience with such endeavors.

Wire spacing and appropriate gauging = huge as well...What works for a budgie would not necessarily work for a conure.
