Can anyone tell me about this cockatiel's gender?

I'd guess female but 1) Does the bird like to hang with females or males more. Also 2) BirdIQ.com it's like 8 bucks to get a DNA test at least last time I did it.

It can be hard to identify if the cocky is young. If it's an adult then it's undertail should have stripes on it its female

If your bird is very close to or over 1 year she is female.
She looks to be of a pearl mutation and the pearl coloring goes away with male cockatiels after first molt.
