Is my conure feather plucking?

So I got a pinapple conure about 3 weeks ago and recently Iā€™ve been noticing that heā€™s losing a lot of feathers and the colourful ones at that. In the first 2 weeks of having him heā€™d lose maybe 1-2 feathers a day but lately heā€™s been losing 5-7. Iā€™ve attached some pictures and you can kind of see some white spots where the down feathers are showing. He is only about 4 months old so Iā€™m not sure if heā€™s molting or not but the feathers donā€™t have any blood on them and his behaviour is normal heā€™s eating and drinking fine. Should I be concerned about this?

Not very clear from your picture. If you start seeing bare skin then seek advice from an Avian Vet. There are others on this forum that will probably reply.

No usually during the day time he gets a lot of natural light. Though we donā€™t keep him in his cage much anyways heā€™s usually outside. Here are a few more clear pictures I notice one little patch where you can see the white feathers
