Is my conure vomitting or regurgitating?

Autumn - Pineapple GCC
Hello everyone!

I have a beautiful, sweet, 8 month old pineapple green cheek conure.
I found a line of this weird vomit on the floor and a little bit on my shirt. (I will provide pictures. The stuff on my shirt got watered down by a damp rag).

I know it's a novice question, and I am extremely worried if she's sick, but is she vomitting or is she just showing me love?

Thank you!

Here is a picture of my shirt.

I would also like to add that literally nothing has changed. This was out of the blue, and that's why I am especially worried.
I was washing dishes with Dawn when she was on my shoulder, but we have done this numerous times together and she did not have a problem before.

The only difference is my significant other gave her a Pita cracker.
Peanuts are in her food as well, where she has to break open the shell. She loves them, and I give her one a day.
The peanuts come in the bag.

EDIT: This is the first time she has done this. After I found it and she was on me, I put her back to see if she would eat. She did eat, and she's acting fine. She's cuddling against me and quacking up a storm! She even started preening and such. I would be more than happy to provide a short video of her behavior for anyone interested to determine what's wrong.

I'm sorry. I'm just worried and being paranoid and anxious!

(I don't even mop my floor with any products, just Dawn soap).

Hi there, and welcome to the forums. :)

It's hard to tell whether this is vomit or regurgitation. What kind of motion did your conure make while 'bringing up' the food? If she was bopping her head, then it's most likely regurgitation, but if she was visible shaking her head, then it would be throw up, in which case I'd recommend to get her to an avian vet.

Thank you!

I'm not sure, to be honest. She wasn't making noise and I didn't look at her. I was doing dishes at the time.

Welcome to the forum! You could always take her to the vet to be on the super safe side. I personally would probably wait and see if her weight changes over the next couple of days (but I weigh my bird twice a day) or if it happens again. But I DON'T want to necessarily recommend that you do that as I have no idea what her situation is. I'm just stating what I would probably do, which is riskier than going straight to the vet. Maybe trust your gut? If you are super worried, hit the vet?

When parrots vomit, they shake their head to get rid of the vomitus, and the resulting spray makes their head look wet. If not, she was regurgitating.

I have a question along these lines. The past 2 days when I'm playing with Quinn he will bob his head and bring up a couple of seeds that he puts in my hand. Once though he brought up the seeds then shook his head and flung them. He did the head bobbing thing once when I was visiting him before bringing him home and she told me that he was probably regurgitating to 'feed me'. Since it is only seeds and no liquid that he is bringing up does that mean he is regurgitating and not vomiting?
