Is this a green rump Parrotlet female

Hi,

A friend of mine is purchasing a female green rump parrotlet for his daughter. He sent over the pics to me to see what I thought. I'm no expert but this appears to be a pacific Parrotlet not a green rump, what do you guys think.

Without seeing more pics, it is difficult to tell. I do think the Pacifics are more common than the green rumps.

it's difficult to see with the picture.

with pacific parrotlets, males display the gorgeous blue on the tail.females do not.
with green rumps males do not display the blue on the tail.
