I woke up this morning to what looks like a nail injury that has bled or bruised under the nail at the nail bed , ive tried to take a photo of it to show you what i mean .

I’d say keep an eye on it, and it it shows signs of inflammation or infection, broken bone ( applying no weight to the foot at all), discoloration, etc. then seek a vet. But imo, this doesn’t look all that serious, and probably doesn’t warrant a vet visit. Again, just keep an eye on it.

I second keeping an eye on it. Maybe soak it with some warm salt water to flush anything on the toe that might cause infection on the surface of the toe.

Keep us updated!

Awwwwwwww, poor Albie! I wonder how on earth she managed to do that? All my best wishes and positive vibes heading your way and hoping your precious girl will be ok 🙏 🙏 🙏

Great information provide in all the Posts provided above.

Some place in her cage is a sharp area or pinch point that needs to be filed smooth or covered. Seek it out and repair it.

Consider yourself lucky and keep moving-onward.
