Einstein is awesome. And from what I have seen, she's not just a cash cow for them. She is totally spoiled and well taken care of.

Pepperberg has taken an interest in Einstein because of her studies, Einstein is from a Zoo so you can imagine the amount of interaction she has on a daily basis.
