Is this hormonal behavior for a GGC?

Hello all! I’ve been noticing that Kure, my 1 year old ggc, reallllyy likes to have her head rubbed. She will start rubbing her head on my finger and making little chattering noises. Do you guys know if this is just her loving her head being rubbed? Or if it is too much physical stimulation? I couldn’t get a video of the noises and she only does them sometimes. I’ve been trying to find a video with the clicking noises that ggcs make when hormonal to compare but I can’t I do have a video of her rubbing though. (Sorry my finger is in it XD)

A very high % of parrots love their heads to be scratched, conures in particular. Hormone season or not.. At 1 yr of age your conure could be entering puberty, it never a absolute date, and some parrots have a very mild puberty only to be followed by the mating season in HELL. My little Amazon Salty was like that.
