Is this hormonal behavior? Mating and regurgitation?

At a certain time of the the day, Chubby seems to get very hormonal. It's usually around supper time, when the sun is starting to set. He gets all fluffy and tries to rub up against me or his toys. When I tell him no and put him down he starts bobbing his head, he regurgitates a little into his mouth and then swallows it back. He also gets really agitated around this time; vocalizing and trying to play a lot.

Does this sound like normal spring hormonal behavior? He is about 1 years old and 3 months.

Yup, sure sounds like he's trying hard to seduce you.....if he was on you or near enough to deposit his regurgitative offering, it would be on you.....
