is this normal??

we noticed last week that the tip of one of jaspers neck feathers went yellow.. and today another one has turned to..

its a few mm on the tip.. is it normal, or is it something he is eating/we are feeding him?

help would be great as if it is our fault we want to correct it.

Yellow feathers can mean nutritional and liver probs.... maybe take him to a vet and get him checked out and see whats going on
