Hi! I'm in search for a Congo African Parrot. Any recommendation with a reputable breeder that's either local in CA or can ship.

Hopefully it's reasonably priced. I can pick up the parrot right away with the right breeder.

Commonly a quality Breeder is more interested in providing their Parrot(s) to someone that the Parrot chooses! And, since they assure that their Parrots are fully weaned, they will cost more than the "Turn Them Fast" breeders. Reputable and reasonably priced do not find themselves in the same sentence. Those reputable Breeders commonly have a list of individuals that are waiting for their Parrots.

If you have the knowledge to meet the requirements of a Rescue Center, obtaining an older Parrot has its merit!
