I just thought I'd share this, as it appeared on my newsfeed tonight. I wish they hadn't put a soundtrack on the video. The noise level must've been *astounding*!

These are Australian Little Corellas, just like my Rosetta. They're not supposed to be hanging around the coast at this time of year, but for some reason, they're still here. Aren't they gorgeous?

Umbrella Cockatoo- 15? years old..I think?
Noodles is thinking, "why can't you be that? huh?!"- big shoes to fill.

That is awesome though. I am envious of those who live in places with wild parrots.

Also, Keas are THE BEST (and the worst--- I feel like they are where some cockatoos meet their better/match in terms of antics).

Currently I have none, but I have the capacity to adopt a minimum and maximum of two budgies - preferably a bonded pair or two males.
Wow! Just superb. With effortless sightings of Avian wonders like corellas and rosellas you Aussies are truly blessed lot.
