Java our adopted U2!

We just brought him home tonight. It was sad to watch the owner cry as we were leaving. I give her couple hugs before we left. Java is very sad tonight....We're trying it for a few weeks or so to see how the previous owner feels, as she is heart broken right now as Java is....it breaks my heart to see both side suffer...

I'm keeping him in my computer/library right now until we finish the bird room this coming week, already bought the low VOC paint from BEHR that's semi-gloss to make cleaning easier on the walls. Then new flooring to make cleaning easier and a brand new door as long as they don't get ahold of it....lol....I hope to get all that accomplished by Monday, it's gonna be a longggggggg day as we have to be up to take the boys to get neutered at 7am at the vet, then come home and get started, then pick up the boys at 3pm, I'm sure they would want to go straight to bed as the anesthesia wears off...So we can keep on working on the flooring....Then move all the birds in after a quick cleaning and give an hour to let the air purifier to run a bit before moving them in.

Her husband got diagnosed with Pulmonary Fibrosis....So she's thinking of her husband's health....She's welcome to visit anytime after the birdroom is done....

The bird room is nothing spectacular except cages with birds and a air purifier running 24/7. My partner cut me off from anymore birds. LoL...

Forgot to add, they're getting their own tv in there.........lol

She wants another bird badly so I suggested a Eclectus as she's pretty much got the basics covered with cooking for them. As they're not dusty birds at all. She thinks about the bird's welfare first as she did with Java. She feels bad to trade Java for another bird, but she knows it's for the best as Cockatoos are way too dusty for her husband's health. He's such a sweet bird so you can tell he is very well loved.
