Hi everyone, I am back ....
My DYHA and YSA were sitting on the same stand for at least one hour drying after their shower till I came to film them.
This is a perfect example of a jealous Amazon. I had to stop and separate them when my YSA started to get angry too.
Simba starts her "Look at Simba!!!!" and "I gona getch youuuuuu! I gona get in trouble" every time I pay attention to Marley.

Great video! Thank-you for sharing it. Our DYHA gets right up to the screen and interacts with the group.

My red lored gets jealous too, but she doesn't go after the other birds, she pinches me to show her displeasure...

It's annoying, but it keeps the "other bird" conflicts down...

Thank you all,
I just want to say here that Simba is a SUPER sweet bird, and both of my Amazons can sit on one stand with no problems if I am not around. It only starts when I am near. They never fight, just act like they are angry sometimes when I am near.
She does pinch me (very lightly) when I am kissing Marley while she is on my shoulder.
I want her to understand that I don't like when she gets aggressive to Marley, that's why I was stretching it as long as I could, telling her that it is NOT OK. She is a very smart bird, I think she understands.
I really want them to be more friendly, but doesn't look like it will happen any time soon.

Typical pair bond stuff...

I would bet you would have been bitten if you had put your hand up there, from the very beginning of the video. notice how she was displacement biting the rope? just because they are being vocal doesn't mean they aren't about to attack. Usually they are very vocal when aggressive. From what i've seen i wouldn't allow the DYHA near the YSA, just my opinion, That could be very bad for the YSA ,very quickly.

Thank you henpecked,
I did stop this madness by picking my DYHA with my hand. She was not very angry, I could tell, but my YSA was getting agitated and she means business when she is angry. I think she could defend herself if needed, but I never let them get to the actual fight, it have never happened and I hope it stays this way.
You might not believe me after watching this video, but my DYHA is an angel compare to my YSA. I think she just loves me more than YSA, so she wants 100% of my attention.
It is so interesting to me to see how they can be totally fine with each other and even co-operate when they think it's a danger outside. But not when I am around. YSA would not care as much, but DYHA just can't stand sharing me with anybody else.
