I adopted an abandoned blue crown - left in a pet store's bathroom; the vet found him to be 151g, malnourished, and
about 5 years old. He's now 175g, doing much better, but is probably less affectionate than how he might have been before being abandoned.
His top volume is barely louder than my three GCCs when they scream.
Tybbi almost never screams, and when he does it's only if the rest of the flock is shrieking (rare) or if he's demanding something (rarer).
His normalizations are quieter than my GCCs.
As he was abandoned, he's slow to adjust. He doesn't like being touched, but has gotten much better. He readily takes treats from my hand, lies on his back on the palm of my hand, and will let me scratch his neck -- though for the latter two I get the impression as if he's tolerating me rather than wanting me to do it. He's learned my vocalizations and context, and he adores perching on my finger, but he's just not the cuddling type. And that's okay.
But he will cry out and make the same "WAAAH" noise Rusty does, so I know he misses me. (I ensure spending enough time with them, but not during lunch - that's when, once they sense I'm in, will do their crying game... they love habit, so even if they want me to entertain, not during lunch...

Only after getting home at day's end.)
If most Blue Crowns are like Tybbi, he'd made a fun apartment bird.
I only know that Jendays scream
LOUD. Far louder. I can't gauge their regular vocalizations, but at a pet store that sold them, I could tell it was quite chatty, and a bit louder then the GCCs.
