Ok so I am trying to switch ChiChi over to pellets and she pretty much hates them. The previous owner had her on a seed diet only. How do I get her to switch over. She will not eat if its pellets in her bowl. Help!!!

You need to do it over time. Give her half pellets and half seed for a few weeks. Gradually increase the pellets while reducing the seed. It is a slow process but eventually she will get just the pellets and no seed.

Never give up, it took Rosie 6 months to be completely off of seeds and it makes a huge difference.

Also I am having a problem getting her to eat her fruits and veggies. So far all she will eat is apples and carrots! What fruits and veggies do your guys seem to like the best?

mine likes apples carrots banana and i also give him a little little bit of a hard boiled egg once in a while ( the yoke). i don't now what kind of food you give her or him but there are some treats i know of .mine just worships them and it is healthy and have fruits in it .

I got Mango to switch to pellets by pretending they were mine and he couldnt have them. He loves to take food from my bowl/cup/spoon. I offered him seed first thing in the morning, then took them out and gave him pellets and veg for the day. I then gave him seed again in the evening just in case he was holding out all day. Once I saw him eating his pellets and could count that he had eaten the recommended amount through the day I stopped offering seed and now he gets them as rewards during training. He will chase you for a sunflower seed :). I also put fruits and veggies into foraging toys to try to encourage him to put his beak on it.
Mango is very picky about fruits and veg. So far he prefers apples, but they are sugary so he doesnt get many of those. He also loves pomegranate, raspberries and blueberries. He hates banana, melon and ironically mango. He will eat a little kiwi and pineapple but hes not huge on it. He loves carrots, sweet potato, cauliflower, and peppers. If encouraged he will eat broccoli stems washed and peeled but he is not big on those either.

How long have you been trying to get your jenday on a better diet? Like I said in a above post it can take a long time with a stubborn(or unhealthy like how Rosie was) bird.

For fresh foods I would pick two for the day, cut them all up and put them in there own bowel, then mix some in with her seeds and pellets. When I tried giving her a bunch of different veggies/fruits it seemed to overwhelm her.

With the pellets I mixed multiple types of pellets together. The pellets had their own bowel and then I gave her 50% seeds with 50%pellets. You can also try soaking the pellets in water/organic juice, or breaking them up into smaller pieces.

I give jasmine seed at breakfast which she eats really quickly and then she has pellets for the rest of the day (which she only nibbles at at the moment but i figure its there if shes hungry). She also has fresh fruit and veg every morning then at bedtime i trick her! I give her some pellets mixed with a couple of drips of apple juice ... And she eats the lot ;)
I also give her sprouted seeds 2 or 3 days a week. Hope this helps!
