Hi all. I am a newbie as you can tell. Thanks for allowing me to join. I have two Macaws Houdini and Jesse. A Blue Front Amazon AJ and a White Bellied Caique Jelly Belly. Houdini just came to me he is only 5 yrs old but a feather picker. I am hoping more stimulation and attention along with better nutrition will help him to forget about plucking. If not I will love him with or without feathers. His head wings (other than the very tops) and tail are perfect the rest is bare. He does show some little fluffies trying to come through but I am afraid they are only there for a little bit. He has already been changed from an all seed and junk food diet to fresh and pellet. Jesse is 13 and another foundling. AJ ---well I am a failed foster. And last but not least Jelly Belly. I bought him from a family who kept him in the garage with the mowers trucks and motorcycles. Enough said. Love my birds they brighten my life and I truly hope I improve theirs.
