Some of you may know that I've been waiting (about a year) to get my own little birdie, and I was so excited because now my fiance has been asking about conures and what they're like (this may or may not have been my reaction.)

I feel so happy that he's on board.

He also came up with a name for our soon-to-be bird!

Basil is a PERFECT name for a turquoise GCC!
I was surprised when my partner not only agreed to get birds, but has gone out of the way to make sure we get them every step of the way He isnt exactly an animal person... then my galah bonded with him! lol I call her his wife LOL
