Kakariki and cockatiel help

I've had my kakariki for almost three years now and my cockatiel for two. My kakariki has been friendly up until now, recently she started to be really aggressive and wants to bite be all the time, what do I do? Also my cockatiel doesn't want to let me go near him no matter what, I always spend time with him and nothing. I really need help.

Nothing has changed ever since they arrive to my home, that is why I'm worried maybe I'm approaching my kakariki wrong, that's why she wants to bite?
