Kiwi let me preen/scritch her for over an hour tonight!

I am so excited, I had Kiwi on my lap tonight and she allowed me to preen her feathers for over an hour. It was amazing to see her trust me like this! I could have cried! She was turning her head every which way! I was rubbing the sides of her beak (she loved that) She was GENTLY using her beak on my hand which she has never done before! She was kind of licking/putting her beak all over my hand. Not sure what that means, but it was an amazing night of trust on both our parts! I took her in the shower with me this morning for the first time. I let her stand on a towel over the top of the shower doors, I asked if she wanted to step up and slowly brought her over to the water, I kind of let the water splash off my hand and he loved it! She was drinking the water, getting closer to it! We have had a great day! Just wanted to share!
