Kiwi Question

I am planning on getting some kiwi plants and was wondering if the seeds were safe for Bob. I know the fruit is, but the seeds are embeded in it and will be difficult to pick out.

I have read conflicting opinions as to weather or not the seeds are safe.

Thank-you for posting this question as l would like to know as well ,
I grow banana passion fruit can any one tell us if the seed are harmfull or not ?
