knots??

I read everywhere that birds love untying knots...my little birds occasionally untie their toys knots...

Would it make a good toy to tie knots (i know some awesome knots) in jute or hemp with nuts hiding inside the knots. Would that keep him busy and be a fun time trying to untie them and get their nuts?

Yes good idea ,My Macaws love ropes with knots!! I think they like the variety in something different to do than chewing wood [and this is harder]

Awesome because that is an easy and cheap toy. i can always do different knots. I know hundreds and have books full of them. Im so glad i.thought to ask lol

Good idea!!! I don't know if Pippi could untie knots, but she could certainly chew through them. I've got to try that...
