Learning His Voice

Diamond has been trying to learn to control his voice for the last few weeks, making sounds other than his original baby noise.

It might be my imagination, but I think he was trying to sing Dites-moi today.

That's nice. Do you think you could capture this on video and share with us?

Will do. I would have to record all day to catch it, and my cameras don't have that kind of stamina. I'll have to get lucky, have him be more predictable, or figure something out. I could certainly record audio for long periods: my Zoom H4N has a "Stamina" mode to help batteries last all day.

Ah, I can remotely start video recording when I hear him do something interesting, without disturbing him. Anyway, covert bird watching is another topic of discussion entirely!
