Leg Rings

Hi all
Can anyone in Australia tell where I can get leg rings for Indian ring necks and Cockatiels, I dont want to buy them from the pet shop as they are to pricy, I have seen them on E bay but don't know that size to get also what is best plastic or aluminium.
