lice and mite treatment

so im getting a conure in a bit under two weeks and the store that I shop for supplies at recommends getting this lice and mite treatment spray for your birds, is that really good for them or is it another awful thing pet stores try to get you to buy.

Do Not get mite or lice treatment unless you confirm that they have lice or mites. They are pretty rare in parrots. Save your $$
