Lily Sniffing Sneezing Behavior

Hello friends!
First I would like to say I have already made an appointment with the vet tomorrow fo Lily, so don't you worry your pretty little heads
I would however like some input from all you geniuses out there with tons of parrot and conure experience.
Lily has been sneezing every hour or so for the last few days. She sneezes, shakes her head, rubs her beak, and scratches her nostrils with her talons. Also she sneezed earlier and I saw something fly out so I was a bit freaked out.
If you would be so kind as to watch this one minute video and give me your thoughts?

PS she is now scratching her nose on one if the chains from her cage toys. Troubling..

You know what it might be the heat thing. The temperatures have dropped a bit and the heat has kicked on a couple of times.
I have read a similar article but I was curious if you guys thought she was acting in a way to warrant the concern that I have. Does she seem to be acting funny to you?

It sounds like there is something but what I do not know. It is good that you have the AV appointment and there are some things to think about prior to the appointment listed on the attachment. So go armed with as much useful info for your AV and this will undoubtedly help them to do their best for your Lily. Let us know how you get on please?
