Frozen and thawed mixed vegies, corn on the cob, wheat bread, a good cockatiel seed mix, and most importantly a good pelleted diet to provide vitamins and minerals. I like Zupreem brand pellets. I love the web site cockatielcottage--lots of good recipes.
