Amazing and such beautiful colors. Does anyone know if they share more characteristics of green cheeks or sun's (like the loud screen of suns). Stunning photo though. Thanks for sharing.

They are green cheeks just a color mutation like turquoise or pineapple also has anybody seen the rose crowned conures my local breeder also had them and they look awesome

Thanks for the info CDavis. I thought that suncheeks were a hybrid between GCC and sun conures.

WilliamKenyon, that's why I don't like the name "Suncheek" for this mutation.... The "blue" version is called a 'Mooncheek'.


Actual sun x green cheek hybrids do exist, but they don't have a hybrid name.... and considering the various health issues these chicks have, well, they should not be hybridized in the first place.
