So if you remember this from a couple months ago now my mothers cockatoo Ivory destroyed my keyboard almost resulting in me having cockatoo for dinner... Well it was finally fixed today! My friend put it in for me...it only took him about an hour or so to put the new keyboard, backlight and a new battery in!

The poor thing...

Looking brand new again!

I'm so happy to have my macbook whole again

lol finding the keys to type on it was not fun though! My mom said give it back to Ivory but it has too much metal on it to do that.

I'm also going to end up buying a new complete display for my macbook which will be around 300...so far I am below the cost of a new macbook but if I have to replace anything else equalling 500 or more I should have just bought a brand new macbook. The funny part was after getting my macbook keyboard replaced I went to my MBA class and dropped my ipad face down. Luckily it is in a case but I found that all kinds of funny. I think my classmates thought I was crazy to find that funny but hey.
