Looking for Black headed Caique

Hello all, I have been looking for a black-headed caique for a while now, I have all the experience and supplies needed. I am in no rush by any means, so I am waiting for the right bird. I have been unable to find any legit breeders and am unable to find any in rescues. I don't really want to have to purchase from a pet store if its not required.
