Looking for info on Feathered Sanctuary located in Lancaster, PA

During my investigation process of finding my blue and gold macaw a new home, I have stumbled upon Feathered Sanctuary in Lancaster, PA. Lynn is the owner and I have spoken with her twice. Does anyone have any insight about this santaury...how does it operate? reputable?

If you do not have information regarding this specific sanctuary, please let know if you have information about other sanctuaries in PA or NJ.
