Lost Alexandrine NY

He was last reported seen in the City in Cortland N.Y.
He's been missing for 12 weeks. Has been seen multiple times. Been sighten in someone's garage so at this point with colder weather im sure he's in someone's house.
There is a reward for information leading to his return.

And yes....we have done every FB lost animal page we can find, gone door to door, put hundreds of flyers on doorsteps, called animal control, rescues, shelters, vets, pet stores ect.

He's my wife's bird. They are best friends and she's not doing well at all with him missing. Likely whoever has him knows he's the missing Bird that's been advertised.
I figured its time to hit forums, look for noob advice threads, things someone who came across a Bird and don't want to give him up might post

with everything you've done now all you can do is keep an eye on selling sites and hope he crops up. Unfortunately though most people don't pay attention to lost pet signs so it could easily be that he was found by a nice person who's caring for him who just doesn't know you're looking for him.

Hopefully at some point he will turn up

Given the area we live in its 50/50. Could be your idea or he's in a gross house full of smokers who know exactly who he is.
The flyers all say REWARD on the top too.
