Hey everyone! It has been a long time since my last log-in!
Things have been absolutely crazy and chaotic this summer! Hubby and I had a busy wedding season, and for a while there I was working 3 jobs while my mother cared for little Kyo (She had a little summer vacation with Nanny!).
I decided to quit my day job and starting this week I'm mostly working evenings! It's been so great honestly. I feel like I have so much more time with my babies. I don't work until 4 or 4:45 most days now so Kyo has the full morning out with me
I do work my other new job 2 days a week, but I don't start until 9:45am which also gives me a few hours in the morning with her. When I work doubles I usually have a few hours to come home as well, so I'm very happy that things have worked out.
Charlie the canary is doing well! I've gotten him to start eating dried veggies (better than nothing!) and sometimes he will eat fresh kale. Kyo is currently tormenting him and it's a constant struggle to get her off of his cage, but I am happy that the two of them have each other to talk to when I am not home.
I've been dealing with a lot of immigration headaches (getting my PR card renewed specifically) in my spare time... but I hope to have that done and to be spending a bit more time on the forum in the near future
Hope everyone is well!
Sarah, Kyo, and Charlie
