I am to the opinion that Parrots have found that the World has a more interesting appearance when view from a very different vantage point!!
Seems that a fair number like this view as well as your boy!!

- A crossover Quaker Scuti (F), A Sun conure named AC, A Cinnamon Green Cheek conure Kent, and 4 budgies, yellow (f), clark Jr. (m), Dot (f), Zebra(f). AND 3 BABY BUDGIES.
Where is his military uniform? You can't lead parrots in to battle naked!
