Making an album

Now that I can actually d/l photos here, I would like to have an album. Will those be part of my attachments allotment? Do I need to delete old ones first? Do they need to be a certain size like an avatar pic?

Albums have nothing to do with attachments
I don't think they have to be a certain size either, just upload and voila

Ok, I will try it then. When I first came on the forum I couldn't d/l pics in any way, shape or form even though I could on other forums Then Firefox crashed on me altogether and I started using Google Chrome instead and the problem was solved. So here I made an album a long time ago, but could never actually put pics in it, lol! So I'd like to put some in there in case anyone wants to look at them.

Ok, it resizes the pics for you. You can do 3 at a time so I put in 3. Mayden, you may have already seen these pics though as I haven't taken any new ones for a couple of weeks.

Ok, I also added ones of my cat, and one of my motorcycle since I love that almost as much as my animals

You are allowed like ..was it 100? 50? something..in your albums and you already see it resizes it. You can also upload to your albums and use that url to post in a thread. (as I have been doing since I don't have photobucket or anything) I just have everything in one album but you can split things up say if you wanted to do a bird/pet one and an off topic sort of thing with the bikes and all. I like it alot better than the attachment thumbnail thing and need to figure out how to delete some of those.

Thanks, Wulfgeist! You can have 60 pictures and it does sound like you can have more than one album. I just stuck them all in one even though I named it My Birds, lol! I figure most people here probably don't care about my bike, so there is only one picture. I will have to scan some in of my horses. I don't want to take any pics of them right now as they are shedding their winter coats because they look like scruff balls.
