Meet Martini, a Sun Conure

This is Martini, who came into our family a week ago from another family. She will be 2 years old on the 24th of this month.

Martini is my first bird, but my wife, who I married a bit over 3 years ago, had Conures before we were married.

Suns are so pretty. My first conure was a sun and she was a funny little girl (learned to 'brush her teeth' when i asked her too, and used to really dance a lot.)

They can get squawky sometimes, even sweet suns, but normally if you persevere, they learn to keep it at a more normal level.

Martini was the name she came with, and I decided to keep it. The cockatoo in the family I bought Martini from was named Margarita.
