It's almost all done and dusted for us for another year, but for those of you just waking up, HRH Lilly Pilly has authorised Her faithful servant to release the following Official Christmas Portrait and Royal Message...

"Christmas? Wake me when it's over ... zzzzzzzzzz ......."

The UK is just starting Christmas Day so Happy Christmas and peace and joy to all.

I put decorations out just last night and Syd has just started his day and absolutely freaked out. I have had to roll his cage out to the middle of the room so that everything is at enough distance for him to calm down, but he is giving everything the death stare as he eats breakfast!
There is nothing quite like a GCC screech to get the day off to a noisy start, and I haven't even started on the Christmas present unwrapping yet.

I haven't been able to put out a Christmas tree since Lilly arrived, she would just eat it!

Merry Christmas, all! It is 4 AM here and we are finally about to head to bed. We have our fingers in our ears and are insisting it still Christmas Eve until we have saw'd some logs and made some Z's. Lol we even have ourselves a Christmas mystery! Somebody ordered a present for us, addressed to my husband, and we do not know who. It came direct from the company that made it, so we wrapped the shipping box and are hoping for a gift tag or something inside LOL


I also have a mystery card that went thru Atlanta's mail sorting facility(no return address). Maybe my cousin? SHRUG. Guess I'll know when I open the card tomorrow. Going to be a fun one once we have had some shut eye. Hopefully the fids let us get a little shut eye.
