Hi - I posted this same inquiry on Parrot Chatter and thought I would ask here in case Parrot Forum members have guidance for me.
Backgrounder: We hand-raise baby parrots for WA state customers and we are hand-raising our first Scarlet Macaw. We have hand-raised many macaws but not a scarlet before.
This baby maybe UNIQUE but, ever since we got her at about 6 weeks of age, her poop is consistently milkly in color. The poop has three parts, urates, feces and urine but the urine (liquid part is milky). What would cause this? Is this something that I need to be concerned with?
